Is this an advanced exercise course?
No. You can successfully complete the two week bootcamp by simply walking for 20 minutes a day.

Do I need to be an expert in nutrition?
No. We guide you through everything you need to know to make your bootcamp successful.

How much time does it take?
You'll do an hour of pre-work beforehand. Everyday during the bootcamp, you'll spend 10 minutes in the morning, 10 minutes at mid day, and 10 minutes in the evening as well as 20 minutes of exercise at some point during the day.

Do I need to be good with money?
No. This course will help you to gain control of your cash flow and get you on the right track financially.
